Hi fellow holders. Have I read this announcement correctly?
The underwriting has picked up $465,505.02 worth of shares in the $2million entitlement offer. That is nearly 1/4 of the entitlement offer yet shareholders have not been given their full subscription if they subscribed for "overs" as AUZ puts it. I assume this by AUZ's statement of holders got up to 124.4% of their entitlement.
This is not right, holders should come before an underwriter. The underwriter is also paid a fee for their service
