100% thats all this is for, to keep paying themselves wages.
How can anyone believe anything they say in regards to funding. They have constantly moved the date and now is no different.
They know that the only announcement we want is to do with funding so they use this as the carrot to keep people thinking that its getting closer and something is happening.
Fact is, nothing is happening.!!
