PUA is a classic
massive shortfall of 55,159,554 from 153,014,968 shares
this is probably due to the 'small shareholders', whose shares will be bought soon
so the "broker" gets the shortfall and appears to also possibly buy the small shareholders
someone will be loading up big time here
