After trading ATH and thinking about the points you raised, I have to say that you just never know when it comes to internal deals and raises of capital with known parties or current shareholders.
ATH raised at .025 shortly before going to .42 and then raised again at .033 even though the price was at .065.
PAB is playing out exactly like ATH with regards to the raising of capital and the timing. It lead me to believe that what price a raising is done is not as important as the who and why people buy or issue at those placement levels, which is information that is not known unfortunately.
