there are 1.98B shares on issue now, = 19.8m mc at 1c.
But it has 13m cash less burn, so EV takes into account. Cash might be 10 raised + 3 existing less cash burn 2 ? = 11 approx
EV = MC - cash + debt = 20 - 11 = 9m EV. Cheap, if they can runway a sale event. Predator.
