Again, don;t agree - the Sirtex connection is very relevant. Sirtex injects radioisotopes into blood vessels, which is a bit unpredictable in diffusion. This goes where it is put. Its really a technological leap in radiotherapy. But from a business and regulation point of view, Sirtex paved the way and these guys were part of it.
I know you can't blame covid for everything but it stalled 2 years of business and clinical development. They couldn't even go into a hospital to talk to anyone.
Nigel has just started the first RCT of Oncosil treatment, and the German trial will be the second. And that's with very limited capital. No short cuts, the real work.
The previous mob had 10 years to do that. Yes, they got a CE mark, which was fine. But that's not enough for reimbursement and clinician adoption, you need RCTs.
Whoever buys this technology for 60-80-100 million Aussie (half that in USD) will get a bargain.
