i still think overall survival is the gold standard and that they will have to do a head to head with the various treatments available. Respecting a tumar is great but if the overall survival does not increase then many in the medical field will not adopt the procedure.
i would think that resection should increase OS, but other treatments in other areas have yielded great initial results but not in OS. SIRTEX as an example.
SRX got there by doing large trials and getting believers on board. OSL can do likewise. I just make the point that it takes years and substantial funds. Neither of which they have, so the hope must be a buyer for the company, imo.
