The company has 13 million cash in the bank and is valued at 10 million.
Shareholders who didn't want to, or couldn't, be in the CR should have exited by now.
Shareholders who did participate aren't likely to sell at 0.01
And there's $1.5 million that was happy to commit at 0.01 that didn't get their supply.
