Well, that would be fun. Finding a great, big carbonatite intrusion (or dykes, as you say) beneath or to the side of Quicksilver would certainly account for the presence of such high concentrations of secondary REE mineralisation.

While we're dreaming, let's shoot high ...think I'd like another Mt Weld, please! (One of the highest-grade rare earth deposits in the world, and located not a million miles away in the southern half of WA.)

But no, I'm happy to start modestly enough. Just winning REE credits from those Quicksilver clays would be a very tasty icing on the base-case cake.
