Can't say I can add anything to your query at this stage, except that I thought the options had to be voted on (but I may be confusing that with KAL options process??). And having said that, the broker options have been ann'd so I may be confusing the matter further.
I can't find anything in Automic either, so have sent GRL an email asking for an explanation. I'll post back here once I hear something from them.
Normally exercising them would be simply a matter of paying the required amount to GRL bank account and sending/emailing them an option exercise form (which is usually found in your Automic account - once they've been issued). With other explorer options I've exercised, I've rung the coy to get the bank details and sent them in the form and they've sorted it with the share registry (who are generally hard to get answers from).
