Further to my post above, I have received a response back from GRL CFO Ian Morgan. Apparently the options have been issued on 22 Aug and should be in our accounts with Automic. I've provided Ian with my account details and he's going to check into it for me. So will let everyone know the outcome of that review.
In the meantime from going through my automic acct, it unfortunately appears the options have been issued to an 'individual' (I) SRN which may or may not be linked to your chess SRN account. Why the dickens these things are made so convoluted is beyond me!! But then, the same thing has happened with KAL options.
Anyway, I've emailed automic to find out why this has happened and how to firstly, find the allocated options, and secondly how to transfer them into the same account as the heads!!
