In the meantime from going through my automic acct, it unfortunately appears the options have been issued to an 'individual' (I) SRN which may or may not be linked to your chess SRN account. Why the dickens these things are made so convoluted is beyond me!! But then, the same thing has happened with KAL options.

Anyway, I've emailed automic to find out why this has happened and how to firstly, find the allocated options, and secondly how to transfer them into the same account as the heads!!

Did you get a holding statement letter with an SRN?

Normally you have to get the physical / digital letter with the SRN then add the holding using the below image top right

I only got a statement for the shares but nothing in relation to the Oppies
