Getting confused... wasn't a placement for $250,000 already done to existing major holders to clear the debt?? What happened to that money and why are they now saying we are using this money to pay down the debt.
50% take up a miracle not sure what incentive at all there was to participate... note the remaining can still be placed for next 3 months so no blue sky ahead sorry holders that will cap the price before further dilution if they find anyone willing.
