if they don't raise funds then there will be no drilling. so if shareholders don't participate and the management can't find anyone else there is a chance to shut the company. without money that can't really operate.
both prospects in Mongolia are shallow so OB1 can turn exploration results real fast and make lot of news... but they need money for this.
what they should do now is to go and drill few holes anyway as they do have money for that and hope to hit something that will drive enough interest to do another CR soon after. but at the end of the day - no money no drilling.
