"RSG have 81% of the notes".
I am not so sure - I thought that they took up the shortfall which was about 80% simply meaning they took the entitlement for the 19.99% they own. In other words, the only s/h of any substance who took the offer was RSG.
So, they took 20% as entitlement, and almost 80% as shortfall - where am I going wrong with this?
