Sorry David and Midlifecrisis you're right RSG have 100% of the notes.
Ignoring the additional note placement to RSG of 41,935,381 there was a total of 666,397,952 notes placed to existing shareholders.
RSG's 19.67% entitlement is 131m of the 666m therefore there was only ever 535m placed to other shareholders and the shortfall was 533.7.
