Yes, agreed with all your points. A small correction - RSG spent well more than 85 mil - don't forget the initial 19.99% stake (which "certain shareholders" was it bought from is a question!) - so they invested slightly more than 100 mil if my calcs are correct. This is no chicken feed.
Re bottom drawer what I mean to say is that I don't really trade short term much and am happy to wait for up to 3 years and see what happens.
