666M shares pre CN issue in NMG. RSG own 19.9%, 132.5M.
Post CN, RSG 132.5M shares, 132.5M CN + 533.7M shortfall CN. (132.5 + 533.7 = 666M).
708.3M CN to be issued in total. (prospectus)42M CN I haven't accounted for. 5.1 prospectus, p11, 41.9M CN to RSG to raise an additional $5M, bringing total to $85M.
So RSG have ALL the CN. Wow.
RSG = 132.5M shares, 708M CN. If or once converted, 840.5M/1432.5 = 58.7%
I've ignored options for simplicity, and hope board scum holding them are never in the money.
