I am very curious to find out whether management have now void the off take Agreement or if they have re signed and redated absent market announcement Or even shareholder support.
If they have re-signed and not announced it to market That would be a very unwise move considering how that would lock the investment more securely into the bidders hands... and lock out any potential interested party. As the whole idea of buying the project is to access supply
If they have failed to inform the market of such an important move. Given their poor previous conduct. This would be icing on the cake in evidence they really are locking the investment away for China for cheap and you have to wonder why on earth they would do so. Unless there's some other incentive most here haven't been privy to I really hope they haven't blown this as that really would be a neanderthal move Hopefully something will come to light if no one knows here?
