In the interests of honesty it looks like I was off (wrong) with my understanding of how the 15% new share issuance limit works. This EO seeks to increase SOI by 33%. It looks like (proportionate) EOs aren't subject to the same 15% limit rule, which prolly relates only to placements and SPPs.
Anyhoo, that"s just a technical correction which isn't going to change anything. I just wanted to own that piece of unintended incorrect information that I had put out there.
