So for shareholders who are welded on but don't want to increase their exposure it is a case of sell everything ( get your probable tax loss ) above 2c and take up entitlement ( assuming they will get their full fill and extras) and have same $ invested and extra leverage of attached option. Then pray they can actually execute a business plan when they have such high standing costs and low turnover .
