they state they have 8.4 million of the requested 11. they also have 1.3 million oz resource which is not being valued very highly by the market . so really maybe they are just giving shareholders a chance to tip in. usually on HotCopper everyone complains the directors got $ from outsiders, this time they have their chance to add themselves although it's odds-on most won't do it, and the short timeframe doesn't help either.
