Why would they have to specify that within a capital raising they have to maintain an approx 10 year relationship and there is a cost associated with that relationship?

Sounds like a bad marriage and one party is more interested that the other! How are the Govts of Cameroon and ROC maintaining their relationships with SDL, what is their budget to keep SDL interested?

Stinks to me.

And while I'm nit picking, surely they should specify Republic of Congo not just Congo.
