Here is the next big question DB, lets say they find the money and the next phase is successful, and an opportunity to licence presents itself ...

To date, two relatively small corporate transactions (capital raisings; <~$10m) have been executed incredibly poorly. They either do not care or do not appreciate how the market works. Can a much more significant ~$250m corporate transaction with Big Pharma be successfully negotiated and inked by the team?

You would presume Mr Alsop is the only individual with half a chance to get that deal done, as he did successfully with Hatchtech, however he is in a non-exec Director role, not typically the one to lead a deal. So ...
