@dyeman, go back to Grade 9 economics with Mr Richardson, and learn the difference between “number of shares” and “equity”.
Quick hint: a pro-rated issue, regardless of the ratio used, will have exactly zero effect on the equity stake of anyone who takes up their entitlement.
