    I’m in the same boat.

    my personal view is that the offer is underwritten so someone willing to buy all the shares that are not taken up by investors and the company is illiquid.

    that makes me think we a good/great chance in court.

    I could be absolutely wrong and I need to put in $15k to not get diluted
