announcements don't decide the SP as good as they are. You are disgruntled at lack of SP appreciation yet others are happy at great buying opportunity. ASX Biotechs are a complexed beast no one understands but with patience and faith in their works great rewards can come. many stories of rags to riches and vice versa. personally I feel SP has bottomed and with numerous assets showing good signs I'm confident this will appreciate.
