Download the prospectus, read through to make sure you are happy with the terms and then either fill out the Entitlement and acceptance form and send off with a cheque or pay via BPay and they will allocate the entitlement offer for you. Deadline March the 11th and if you pay in extra you may be eligible for extra if there is a shortfall.
