You only get the email if boardroom have you down to receive an email. Others will get their offer via snailmail. Thats normal practice.
Your entitlement is based on the number of shares showing in your account at 5pm on the record date. Settlement doesnt matter
If you havent received an email, you offer is in the post. If you want to quicken things email boardroom with your details and they will email your offer form, with your Bpay details.
Its a very simple process.
