yep took mine too- while I can buy cheaper on market I wanted those options which are worth nothing now (out of the money) but could be worth a bit going forward if they are successful
it also helps the company by funding their operations- this way we are actually contributing to the business.
buying shares directly on the secondary market like the ASX or Chi-X doesn’t directly help the company
participating in a retail cap raise does, and you get some options to go with it. That doesn’t always happen.
