Ann: Entitlement Offer to raise approximately $3.2 million, page-4

According to today's anns:

The Entitlement Offer will include a top up facility under which eligible shareholders who take up their full Entitlement will be invited to apply for additional New Shares (and attaching New Options) in the Entitlement Offer from a pool of those not taken up by other eligible shareholders.

Here comes the Steini-Plan:

Buying 100k shares at .6c to satisfy the ASX minimum $500 rule. Then applying for 40k shares to satisfy the " Full entitlement up take " - criteria and then, if I want to, applying for millions of shortfall shares, if still available.

So, if Steini can do it to qualify for the shortfall that way, then anyone else, even a big pocket outsider, could do it too.Just the record date so far out after the anns is very unusual for small cap stock. Normally it is done when dividends are announced, but not for a minnow stock raising funds.

Maybe just some silly thoughts from the Evil-Steini, or maybe deliberately designed that way?

Not a bad plan at all there Steini, worth a shot. You can see as soon as this was released the 0.005s bid thickened up, so people have a similiar idea but want to get in at 0.005 not much bidding into 0.006s yet.

The problem is when they have done these raises in the past, buyers have just dumped their shares as soon as they are issued and got the free options. Essentially anyone could take up the full entitlement, then on the 10th April just sell them all even if its trading 0.005, they are scratch with the shares but then have a handful of free options. You saw this behaviour with the 0.008 raise too which is why CHM quickly went 0.008s offered after the shares were issued, will we see the same thing April 10th (ie 0.005s offered) very to happen with 600 mill odd shares coming onto the register, unless there is significant news for a re-rate before hand.
