Falls under Insider trading and Market manipulation for suspicious share price movements (not all the time, sometimes).
Investment scams- selling the lie of gold mining without actually progressing and without an any explanation on why its not happening.
Listed Public companies- mismanagement
Systemic or Egregious misconduct by directors of failed companies???


Limited Jurisdiction:
Credit for business or commercial purposes. (deliberately lowering shareholder value by flogging off cheap shares for credit in previous raises)
