More like 100:1 consolidation, or at least 50:1. They need room in the SP to keep topping up their remuneration with CRs.
Check out Cardaci's other current directorships too (e.g. AZI), while Seton specialises in companies with their backs against the wall (e.g. BEZ until recently) and has done for many years (e.g. Summit, some decades ago).
