With all the directors who together hold 68.3m shares ( 24%) taking up their full entitlement, if 60% of the rest take up their full entitlement then the short fall could be circa 30% or 20m shares.

A fair proportion of those will likely be taken up by folks who apply for top up shares so there might not be many shares available to those who are invited to buy top up shares.

They have left plenty of time between the issue of shares on the 14th November and closing of offers for the top up facility on the 5th January to hold an EGM seeking shareholder approval for the directors to buy top up shares.
