What needs to be discussed here is;

all directors and board members are participating in the offer. Now before we all get angry and say they should and they have the money;

1. This is the first time they have been able to purchase shares for some time as they are all privy to financial discussions.

2. All have already said they will participate, meaning they want to get in prior to any announcements.

*I would also like to hear whether Azure directed management to do this raise in order to keep the coming moving forward and not reliant on money from partnership, which in turn may be seen as desperate or in need.
