Rox has done something unusual and very clever with this CR. Instead of the record date for entitlement being in the past it’s in the future. There is a narrow window of opportunity to buy Rox shares and gain the CR benefits.
This will draw new buyers to Rox.
The share price was 22.5 cps but is now 19 cps and the entitlement shares at 16.5 cps allows an average down + free options.
So this CR will appeal to holders but also attract new investors to Rox.
The major holders including Venus, Hawke's Point etc will take the offer and any other shares they can get at 16.5 cps.

Spec: With the gold price at a record high a period of intense M@A activity in the gold sector needs to be factored into a discussion on the right time to hold Rox.
