That’s correct. However, in RXLs case they are currently grossly undervalued. Such a market value miss match can’t continue much longer. Over the coming months the updated factual information starting with the PFS and growing reality of their worth and scale should lead to a revaluation. It may or may not occur immediately after the PFS however it should occur in 2024. RR has done a great job and along with the significant improvements will also re-install confidence.
