Yesterday was the last day, according to the Entitlement Offer timeline, to extend the offer period- there was no extension.
When shareholders contact a company claiming to want to pick up a good chunk of available shares, if the company is desperate for the funds, they are not turned away, as you claim, in some bizarre attempt to maintain an image of “non desperation”.
This Entitlement Offer will be filled.
