If you held 1.5m shares then yesterday that would be worth around 100k, today that is worth 40% less.

To participate fully in the cr you need to cough up another 55k, I dont see how that is good news.

Clearly the other funding routes have led to nothing and this money will pay for the people to be moved and contracts signed and working capital but will not pay for phase 1 so is more of the same on the way.

I sold a good chunk of my holding when the MDA was announced as failure to lift the sp led me to believe massive dilution was on the cards. I think this is just the start of that and I will not be participating in this.

Good luck to all, I still think the project will be a success I just dont see that will lead to much for minority shareholders.
