I would have thought the reason for the lacklustre share price should be obvious. The company is run by the Chinese, there is little meaningful communication with shareholders and they are trying to open a mine in Africa which couldn't organise a p!$$ up in a brewery. This is speculative and high risk. Hopefully it might pay off in time.
