Oh, and I was really surprised that another Australian company got an Orphan Drug Designation from FDA for pancreatic cancer.
My previous view was that pancreatic cancer was too common a disease to qualify for that.
We have a Breakthrough Designation, but ODD is a much much better status.
Maybe FDA is shifting its view on pancreatic cancer..
