in my humble opinion,this is the Club Shareholders Only - - admission restricted
the directors, especially Otto with approx. 32 million holding would not have created a sh$t deal for their SHs
I would think that any deal will be north of 5c -10c valuing the company at $100m - $200m
so why the extremely low CR price and existing SHs only you may ask?
well, 1- for the stickiness of SHs when good news is released, and 2- to reward existing holders
