Otto in my opinion, would not have allowed this at one cent if not to an advantage to him , remember, he holds at least 32 million shares
the question is what sort of opportunity is already lined up as they have appointed a consultant already
1c sounds extremely horrible, but some posters here will use this to talk you out of your shares. these guys are organized and they are part of the deal that is unfolding in front of your eyes.
