Mate if you look at studies of the average captial raise, this is all available online, you can see that the average discount for a capital raise is 10-15% from VWAP, even raising at 2.6 cents would be 16% discount, and thats well above average discount even at that price, and raising at that price means the dilution wouldnt be near the 1 billion dilution thats going to happen here, yet here they are offering a 66% discount with free options, just brutal.
This is far from normal, would have to be one of the highest discounts given on the ASX. Its not a good sign in any sense also in almost all cases price will go the the raising price and under, so I doubt the entitlement will get taken up.
