Hmmm. $500k worth of shares to be placed. That's going to be just under 10% of the free float. Might take a while for the broker(s) to sell these down into the market to reduce their exposure.
Never-the-less, i still think BRK and SHE have a good business model and are at the right stage of the cycle to be making deals.
Let's hope we hear more news in the coming weeks so that this extra volume can be sold into a rising share price.
