1) Your correct there is no excuse for past indiscretions which could be many, however I don’t think I’ve read one post where the poster has said that past conduct is ok ( please show me one )
2) I agree that shareholder pressure should not subside in fact I expect it should increase, and so it should
3) I have no idea if the Directors are doing this because it’s a good solution and neither go you, but for sure it’s for one of two reasons (a) liquidation would/ could mean a tsunami of scrutiny which could have dire consequences for improprieties or (b) they have something worth fighting for. With $106,000 at stake I hope it’s the later.
4) Commercialisation? If CCE threw that out there to give holders hope then that was dumb statement to make for they would need to have a clear vision as to how things are going to pan out to make that statement
5) Ditto with the time frame
6) your Cato 6 prediction is yours to own
7) Future BS? I’m with you, I would prefer consistent regular communication to the shareholders but as a society we are an impatient lot and we all want results yesterday, I’ve held CCE for around 10 years and yes it’s progress is agonisingly slow, the last few years has not helped.
