As a side zoulou, wonderful that CCE have bought some more time. Let’s not forget however they still have to meet ASX relisting conditions. Let’s also be realistic, the minimum was not reached, so technically they have fallen short (30%) if not from outside investors, which I suspect are likely just friends of directors trying to save their skin. Doesn’t matter how you dress it up, numbers don’t lie. How far do you think that money will go given 25% goes straight to Directors for debt. I note the group reserves the right to try and fulfil the remainder. That will be telling for survival, as will any increase in Directors interests.
