Since FKP and Sun Hung haven’t bothered to tell us what shares they ended up with in Port Bouvard, I visited the PBD share registry yesterday and found out myself.
The register is not particularly user friendly and you have to know the name of the shareholders before you can check their holdings. So I don’t guarantee that I haven’t missed any of the big ones but the largest five that I found account for 76.42% of the shares on issue so it is unlikely that I missed anyone significant.
The biggest news is that FKP took up their total entitlement and are still the largest shareholder.
