Also have to wonder if there was some snafu with Computershare sending out prospectuses - so many posters on here didn't receive them. I got my emailed link as Computershare have my current email address, but not a mailed hard copy prospectus as I usually do. As HC tragics we were well aware of the offer, but what of the majority of holders who aren't sad bastards like us?
Why was Peloton contracted to chase up whether holders had received their paperwork?
When the SP is held well below the offer price there's no great incentive either.
