That isn't the way I am reading it. if they had subscribed for $10m worth of equity the cash raised would've been announced as $15.8m in line with the last line of the excerpt from the Prospectus in my previous post:
"amounts owed to them will reduce by the corresponding amount, with funds raised under the Entitlement offer also reducing by that amount"
